Exesia Jewellery comes with a 90-day manufacturers warranty from date of purchase covering defective materials, craftsmanship and/or manufacturing faults. 

This warranty does NOT COVER loss or damage due to general wear and tear - including tarnishing or fading of plated jewellery, chain breakages or ear-posts snapping. 

All warranty claims must be made in writing within the 90-day warranty period via our contact us page. 

Your claim should include:

  1. Proof of purchase
  2. Full name and contact details
  3. Photos and description of issue 

Once received, we will inspect the item and if considered faulty we will offer to repair/ replace the item as appropriate. 

Any claims outside the warranty period will incur both repair and postage fees.


Due to the delicate nature of Exesia’s products, it is important to follow our provided care instructions for our warranty to be applicable.
